• Set measurable benchmarks over a five-year period to increase the mathematics, science, communication, problem-solving and technical achievement and the application of learning for all college and career-bound students in District 205.

• Continue to reduce the annual deficit (using measurable annual goals) with minimal impact upon effective student programs and activities.

• Increase positive relations and communication between students and staff, staff and parents, and with the community at large
