Careers in the Business area are related to each sector of the economy – from mining and agriculture to wholesale and retail trade-in which office workers and business and financial experts are required.   Occupations in this cluster include accounting, administrative support, advertising, business services, computer information sciences, distribution, finance, insurance, management, marketing research, real estate, sales, tourism, and wholesale trade.

People in these careers operate computers and other business machines, enjoy working with numbers, reports and records, enjoy working with co-workers and customers, are comfortable performing detailed work, are able to manage time, money and people, enjoy the challenge of growing a business and are frequently seen as leaders by their peers.
