Habitat for Humanity I

On Saturday 12/9, Mr. Sievers accompanied 6 Thornridge students to work on a house in Chicago Heights for Habitat for Humanity. The students installed baseboard trim, towel rods, toilet paper holders, staircase handrails, and shelf brackets. They also, caulked and painted walls and trim. Fun was had by all and the students did a wonderful job while working within the community. Currently another house is being built in Harvey and it is new construction. Future trips to this location are being planned.
