Habitat for Humanity II

On 12/30 Mr. Brian Sievers accompanied seven students from Thornridge High School and one parent to another house sponsored by Habitat for Humanity. This house is located in Harvey IL and is a "new" construction house. The students Bethany Harris, Sidney Knight, Jerome Knight, Kendra Gray, Darren Muhammad, Shire Hopkins, and Sephira Hopkins worked moving soil around the house, installing 3/4" plywood subfloor, and carrying and installing preformed wall sections. The students worked along side volunteers from Zion Lutheran Church.  The students did an outstanding job of working and representing Thornridge High School and fun was had by all.
