In  Mr. Sievers Physics O' Phun class, students explored the dynamic effect of mentos candies dropped into diet pop and noted the reaction.  Due to a rapid release of the CO2, a fountain of pop shot out of the pop bottles through a special nozzle built by Mr. Sievers.  Students measured the height of spray in relation to the number of mentos candies dropped into the pop.  Students then constructed graphs of spray height versus number of candies.  Physics is truly FUN!
