  • Welcome to the Human Resources Department! Thornton Township High School District 205 is committed to developing a diverse and highly qualified staff that strives to meet the educational needs of our students.  We have implemented a rigorous interview and selection process to ensure that our students receive support and instruction from teachers of the highest caliber.   

    Additionally, we seek to foster the overall goals of District 205 by encouraging the professional and academic advancement of our staff members.  We are dedicated to providing workshops, tuition reimbursement, and numerous other benefits to District 205 faculty & staff for this very purpose.
     
    Finally, we value a positive working relationship with the unions that represent our staff members and encourage collaboration on all levels.  These collaborations ensure that we are adequately serving the needs of our staff, providing them with the support they require to serve our wonderful students!
