Assistant Program Administrator

Welcome to Outlook Academy. Our goal is to provide students with a supportive, structured, and encouraging learning environment where they can continue earning credits, strengthen academic skills, and move closer to graduation. The Assistant Program Administrator works closely with students, families, teachers, and support staff to help each student stay connected, focused, and on track.

How I Support Students and Families

  • Support the daily operations of Outlook Academy.
  • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive school environment.
  • Work with staff to monitor student attendance, behavior, academic progress, and overall success.
  • Partner with families when students need additional support or guidance.
  • Help students understand school expectations and make positive choices.
  • Support schoolwide systems that help students remain on track for graduation.

When to Contact Me

Families and students are encouraged to reach out when they have questions or concerns related to schoolwide expectations, student progress, attendance, behavior, or overall support at Outlook Academy.

  • Questions about Outlook Academy policies, procedures, or expectations
  • Concerns about student behavior, safety, or discipline
  • Concerns involving more than one class or overall student progress
  • Attendance concerns that are affecting a student’s ability to earn credit
  • Questions about how Outlook Academy supports students academically and personally
  • When you are unsure who to contact and need help getting started

Our Shared Goal

At Outlook Academy, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to reset, refocus, and move forward. We work together with students and families to build a plan that supports academic progress, personal responsibility, and graduation success.
