Supporting Student Success

I am a Physical Education and Health teacher who works with both boys’ and girls’ classes and teaches Fitness and Nutrition. I support students in earning the credits they need for graduation and lead after-school credit recovery programs to help keep them on track. I intentionally incorporate social-emotional learning into my instruction, with a consistent focus on student growth, well-being, and overall success.
Philosophy & Approach
I take a hands-on approach when working with students and place a strong emphasis on building meaningful rapport from the very beginning. By establishing trust and positive relationships, I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to participate. With that foundation in place, I am better able to connect with each student, tailor my support, and foster their academic and personal growth.

I will always be here to give a helping hand
Favorite Part of Working at Outlook
My favorite part of working at Outlook Academy is the supportive, positive environment where students and staff work collaboratively to help everyone grow and succeed. The school culture fosters strong relationships, consistent encouragement, and a shared commitment to putting students first in all that we do.
