As Division Leader of Outlook Academy, my primary mission is to support our students, teachers, and staff in creating a positive, collaborative, and student-centered learning environment. I work closely with our classroom teachers to support effective instruction, strengthen teaching and learning, and help ensure that students receive the academic guidance and individualized support they need to make progress toward graduation.

I am committed to fostering strong relationships among students, staff, families, and school leadership while helping our team address challenges, celebrate student growth, and maintain high expectations for every learner. Through collaboration, communication, and instructional support, my goal is to help create an environment where both students and staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

My approach to teaching centers on building mutual respect and identifying students' individual learning blocks. Scaffolding breaks complex topics into achievable steps, building students' academic confidence. By celebrating small milestones, students can shift from a mindset of frustration to one of continuous growth.

My office is a supportive space for solutions and fresh starts. I am here to help students clear any obstacles—whether academic, personal, or structural—that stand in the way of their success. If they are struggling, they can always count on me to listen without judgment and work with them to find a realistic way forward.
