Supporting Student Success
As a reading specialist, I work closely with individual students to identify and assess reading challenges so I can provide targeted support and strategies to help strengthen their skills. My goal is to use specific interventions and activities that address each student’s needs and support their growth as confident, successful readers.
Philosophy & Approach
My approach to working with students begins with building positive, caring relationships, because strong connections are an important part of helping students succeed. Every student has a unique story, and every learner comes with their own strengths, experiences, and needs. Taking the time to truly know and understand each student helps me support them in the best way possible.
I care deeply about the success and well-being of every student and am committed to encouraging, guiding, and supporting them in any way I can.
Favorite Part of Working at Outlook
I like being a member of Outlook Academy because it is evident that everyone at Outlook is dedicated to students and their accomplishment. It feels great to be a part of a team that works so effectively to foster student success.
