As the Nurse at Outlook Academy, I am committed to supporting the health, safety, and well-being of all students. My responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring student immunization records to ensure compliance with district and state requirements, providing health education on a range of medical conditions and wellness topics, administering prescribed medications, and offering caring support to students and families as needed.
