Role at Outlook Academy

I teach Intro to Business, Advanced Computer Applications, and Education & Career Technology with the goal of preparing students with both foundational business knowledge and real-world technical skills. I guide students through topics such as management, leadership, economics, entrepreneurship, and workplace readiness. Students also receive structured, hands-on training in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. My instruction is designed to build college- and career-ready skills that prepare students to be enrolled, enlisted, or employed.
Philosophy & Approach
For my technology classes, I use a hands-on approach that helps students confidently apply what they learn in real-world settings. Every student is encouraged to actively participate and build practical skills using these technologies.

Each class is designed to create a supportive environment where students are challenged, supported, and prepared for success.
Favorite Part of Working at Outlook
My favorite part of working as a teacher at Outlook Academy is seeing my students achieve their goals and graduate.
Professional Interests / Fun Fact
I am very interested in Computer-Generated Holography (CGH). This technology allows a person to be in one location while appearing in another as a dynamic three-dimensional figure. It is already being used by some music artists, and I hope to eventually incorporate this emerging technology into my business classes as a way to build students’ skills and expose them to innovative real-world applications.
