Remember to submit a request for additional funds when your balance reaches $10. Cards are refilled only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You must submit your request before noon.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Ventra cards require new paperwork and a $10
replacement fee. Please see Mr. Valant.
